I'll try to analyze them as soon as I have a moment, but I'm expecting the rest of the rules to be along the same lines as the first few. but I'll secretly always wish that one of them was "don't flirt"

The word before it looks longer than "how." I could see it being either an "I" or a "1."

I swear #5 looks like it ends with Saturday? I do think laundry could appear in there at least once, maybe twice.

And for closet...I like it, but I don't think the tall thing at the end is a t. His t's tend to be the same height as his other letters, not taller. (example: )

But it might say "closet)" or "closet]"? Or maybe "close)"? ("close" example: ) Or I also like "is closed"

Could Rule 5 start with "Being"?

For the first line of Rule 6, I don't think it ends with "life." He does his f's really weird. They look like loopy j's. Here are examples of him writing "life":
    

I think it looks like it says "to do later" maybe? The last word seems kind of distorted. Or bluebox-away's suggestion of "to do b/c" is interesting.

Also, I like the idea that he's using slashes sometimes. He does seem to like slashes:

"Have to ___ 1/2 video(s) a week" is pretty plausible too, well spotted daphenaxa, I'm guessing the blank could be make/film/record/upload??

For the last part of Rule 3, I don't think it says "a week" anymore. It looks more like "like a boss" or "make a mess"??? Maybe "I make a mess"?

This is not as a mod (as in, this isn't a rule or something), but I'd be careful giving out links to the sneeze fetish forum. Some of the people on that forum seem to be minors (which is okay, that forum actually seems to have a great culture from the outside), and I just feel bad shaming some kid's harmless kink. So, if people can't be mature about it, I feel like linking to the specific site is really rude. I would ask you guys to just refer to it as the sneeze fetish forum, and not give out links, except maybe in the PMs, and, if it is linked, refrain from judging them.

I don't think the sheet seen in the first video is "THE RULES" — I think it's sheet music or something. Good find though!

It was a great look into the past though, Phil was so daring back then trying to make a name for himself. I know I would never have the courage to go into a contest like that, this really made me think about how much he used to put himself out there and yeah he does have a large list of cringe worthy moments but I also kinda look at them as proof of his own courage, idk just rambling
