[offtopic]I loved this video! I was already subscribed to Anthony, but after this video (which I found hilarious especially b/c of all the digs at youtube culture) I will definitely continue watching him. Also, Deppy parts were good. Especially loved the part around 8:00 where Dan said something like "oh just drop it Phil" and Phil's eyes widened v subtly but ridiculously That whole exchanged seemed very long term relationshipish to me. The only thing that turned me off a bit was I thought Phil seemed a bit too personaish for me, but maybe that's just what the video called for as they were sort of "acting" as themselves. All in all, good video even outside the Deppy parts [/offtopic]

This was a fun vid, though I wanted more (what else is new). The bits they were in were pretty funny, despite Dan's constant mentions of death. For some reason I really liked Phil sort of telling Anthony off for chopping his hair off.

Wow, that video was sharp, the concept was funnier than the content at times, it was a little painful (bitchy Jon Cozart was horrible, Lilly wasn't much better), but they were all great. Dan was so blank, that was beyond deadpan, slightly mixing up being a YouTuber with just being himself with all the death and will to live, but funny. Phil's bits were good, I mean where was all that sexual accidents stuff coming from? The accident part I understood, maybe I've just missed what sells on YouTube these days. The emo and hair bits were hilarious. I didn't realise Phil had got his fringe from Anthony, that's cute.
The photos of them in the Playlist Live tshirts on the US shop are interesting. Dan looks cute, good shot of his hair, but Phil looks intense, tbh that's the nicest way I can put it for that expression.

haha same I was hoping he would talk about it as well! Especially after joey brought it up
is it just me or is phil so much better at this game than dan? especially when he has the manual, i got surprised at how quickly and efficiently he was getting to everything and getting things done
The bomb disposal video was incredible, despite the failure they keep getting more and more efficent
I agree with snokoplasmic that phil's gotten a lot better at the game, he seems to trust his instincts when they're running out of time whilst dan follows the methodical approach
They seemed so happy and funny in this video? I honestly loved it and I'm gonna go back for a rewatch because seeing how amazing they are at moving quickly rather than focusing upon humour is so good.
Some key moments include Dan calling Phil a rat, Phil getting Dan to hurry up/moving on super quickly when he knows whats going on, Phil shoving the manual in his face, Dan and Phil looking so smiley despite losing, and Dan talking about his and Phil's communication skills at the end.
There were probably loads more but I was so immersed, these are some amazing videos imo - I want more tbh.
Also, when Dan noticed that they had one minute left and his eyes widened but he didn't tell Phil because he knew it would panic him... true love right there people
edit: Did Phil still have the plaster on in the LS because I'm wondering how far in advance this was filmed if he had the plaster in the I Am Bread vid (did he have it on in the Sims as well?)

I love the bomb disposal videos so much. The game itself is interesting and exciting, the bants are good, and even when they're freaking out at the game and each other, they still manage to look absolutely fond of each other. I know some couples friends would be ready to murder each other after a few rounds.
I think Phil's got the right idea, for some of the gadgets it's a better idea NOT to be 100% step-by-step about it because it takes up too much time. But honestly, unless they've been playing the game a bunch in their spare time I think they're not doing tooooo worse.
They seemed very flirty to me in this vid, no specific times but just overall. I too absolutely lost it when Dan said 'wtf is this'
Seems like such a stressful game, hope they don't stop playing it tho cus I'd take more of these/Golf with Friends vids over flash games/sims any day. (Although I am waiting patiently for Dil's pregnancy to unfold. I want them to freak out.)

seriously, aaaah, I hate this. I love this game so much. It is interesting, it has me hooked as a viewer. They don't need to add much to the gameplay because the gameplay itself is so interesting, and it requires them to communicate under pressure and that alone provides for top notch bants and funny moments and anticipation. It keeps me on the edge of my seat all the time, has me smiling and my heart beating really fast and I am as un-bored as it ever gets - I love that game.
So it really, honestly upsets me that they skipped this many levels, thinking they'd be immediately ready for harder ones. For one, because I'd have loved to enjoy the gameplay more, see what the game creators come up with next. And, then, because it means they can get slowly used to the harder stuff. Which they would have obviously needed!
But now they didn't, and they're probably not gonna play it anymore because they're frustrated they can't do it (I get it, I would be too if it just didn't work), but it's their own damn fault for playing levels that aren't fit for their skills yet.
They could have had so much fun with the game if they just stuck to the order, but no, they need to think they're better than that - or maybe they think it's boring because they can't concentrate on banting, or because they don't do many new things each episodes, I don't know. Maybe they just don't like the game that much and want to get it over with. But honestly, I just wish they'd have given it a serious go, gone back to levels they can manage.
They can still do that, I still wish for them to do that, but I don't think they will, and that saddens me so much because this is the funnest game they've had on the channel since Undertale, if you ask me.
I'm still gonna rewatch, that video was incredible, I am just a bit on edge right now because of how they chose to approach the series. I'm gonna calm down in a bit and I'll watch the video again and appreciate all the wonderful, incredible moments, of this wonderful series with that incredible game that makes for such good let's plays.

I don't really have a concise way to relay just how much I loved the new gaming video. But, just... kjashdfglkdsjhglkdhjfgldsf. It was chock full of moments that made me grab my face in excitement. The teamwork, the anxiety, the cute flirty moment, the everything. I love this bomb disposal game.
I was really hoping for this game soon, it was actually one of my reblog themes today.
I noticed the band-aid as well and I'm pretty sure it was filmed around the same time. I also noticed Dan mirrored Phil clapping his hands together. Really cute. And then it became fisting...

I realised I never joined in the discussion about favourite videos, but I might as well say now that these bomb disposal game videos are among my favourites. There's something very satisfying in seeing working together as opposed to competing against each other when they clearly aren't equally skilled. I could watch yet another bomb video over almost any DAPG video they've uploaded recently, tbh.
i think i'm repeating myself from the last two installments but i love this series so much sign me up for co-op games and this one in particular i don't even mind dan screaming. really hoping they play this again.
phil's band aid made me wonder how extended exactly their pre-filming sessions are. do they take entire days to film one video after the other?
