It seems unlikely, even though Dan said to “look forward to some Dan content, some Phil content, some gaming channels” (29:45)

But also, from fancybum’s timestamps:

15:50 “So the next video on DAPG, we’ve been waiting for a certain expansion to a certain game... I don’t know if we’ll be able to do it this week, maybe it’ll be next week. We might do another gaming video and then this one [while waiting for the expansion] and there’s a couple things happening around this weekend. But we’ll let you know.”

The inbetween gaming video seemed like an afterthought, so I’m guessing it hasn’t been filmed.

Do any of you think they'd ever do a pop-up shop like Alfie, Joe & Zoë did? Alfie, Joe & Zoë took pics with fans & kinda hung out, they were very hands on at the shop. That
is something they haven't done yet & it seems like they've done everything. When you think in terms of what other YTers have done, not many have done their own pop-up shop.

**I, in no way think this is what is going to happen but I think it could be something fun that they could do that would bring them a little closer to phans & still make money in the process**

Wasn’t that a disaster and some of them got mobbed?
Although it seems to me that gleam puts a lot of their yters in the position to be mobbed and then gets the headlines.

Oh, thank god. I'm also 36 and sometimes feel like such a weirdo considering how much younger everyone is.

I'm not sure I'd do a M&G (because I always end up saying the most inane shit), and I only discovered them this year so I missed TATINOF, but I'd definitely go to a tour thing on my own, if need be.

39 here & I'm really glad to know that I'm not the only "older" one here that enjoys Dan & Phil.

I was wondering if you guys would actually go to a D&P tour?
I really feel like the target audience for TATINOF was mainly 13-17 year olds, and I think I'd just feel really awkward being surrounded with only people basically 10 years younger than me. Apart from that, I don't know anybody my age who actually watches D&P so i'd have to go alone which seems ... well.. awkward.

Has anyone here who's over 20+ seen TATINOF/went to a M&G and how was it? I'm just very interested because I really have the feeling that the majority of people who go to these kinds of things are REALLY young.
or maybe i'm just really old. ha.
Just to add to what everyone else has posted, I’m in my 30s and saw tatinof 9 tines in total - I travelled to New York, Berlin and Dublin (I live in London) to see it and had the best time. I met people through the forum and we travelled together. The show was amazing, yes the screams were loud and I did feel kinda old but at the end of the day, I had a fantastic time. They really did put on a fantastic show and I’m glad I went.

I didn’t do any m&g though, I don’t think that’s really my thing in honesty but I know people who did and they enjoyed themselves.

Also just going to echo how nice it is to see such a wide range of ages on here! I always feel that the older fans aren’t really captured very well so yay for IDB :)

Yeah I was gonna say it was a mess. There was a huge queue every day (I walked past a few times) and people were super disappointed when they queued 3+ hours and didn't get to meet anyone/the merch they wanted was sold out, even though they knew that was a risk. I can imagine for D&P it'd be even more hectic - more dangerous/stressful for the boys and probably ultimately more disappointment for and even backlash from fans. I definitely wouldn't touch it with a barge pole if I was them/their management.

The YouTube Creator Store in the YouTube space opened with a Dan and Phil merch event, though the guys only went for a photo and to sign some books before it opened to the public. It was pretty well timed with the release of Dapgo and the YouTube Red movies, I think. It was like the Dodie event now with half the store dedicated to their merch, the tv behind the pay desk playing Tatinof, two of their tour shirts on the wall in display cases (and beautifully folded), a few plastic plants to decorate and half a dozen huge prints of their tour photos on the walls. I went, bought two whole stickers and took photos, can post them maybe cos my tumblr post was so long ago I can’t even find it.

Well then, that explains Dan's reaction to the quick draw comment.

Brb if there's sweets involved Phil might actually win this time

i would absolutly LOVE that. Im not from the uk but I try to go there at least a couple times a year, so when there's going to be a tour I'll definitely go to the UK again.

About the new gaming video: I love how Phil is wearing hazels merch. He truely is becoming a marketing guru. I mean, he's got to make money for the foreverhome somehow right?

I’d also love that. Even if people don’t end up sitting together due to tickets it would be great to meet and mingle with older fans.

I’m very glad I was wrong, that was cute. My husband loved their first Quick Draw video and how much Phil failed, so that will be a treat. They both looked great and were very flaily. The marshmallows were a good incentive for Phil (I don’t like them either). Interesting tangents on flamingos and death benches. :tu:

Dan's Quickdraw reaction makes perfect sense now  as well as the "Michael Marshmellow" tweet.

Phil was so lovely in this vid! I just wanted to reach through and hug him. And that sweater on Dan. Oh my goodness they're both just so lovely :love2:

Also wtf @ Phil suggesting a vibrator/hair dryer combo. Just... Wtf.

The end!!! I'm dying that was really funny and cute, I think they did way better than last time and that was totally a washing machine lmao

I can't be the only one that paused the video as soon as the save as window opened to see if there would be any sneaky hint at new stuff, right? :garbage:

Btw I'm not a fan of Hazel but I NEED that jumper. It's so pretty I really really have to have it. Good job at #spon, Phil. Good job.

That was a cute video! I really wanted to hear how Dan was going to finish his sentence at the end when he said to Phil "Are pink marshmallows supposed to be flavored? What is it you always say..." But alas, just another instance of him getting distracted and leaving the thought unfinished.
Have a red velvet cupcake and for fucks sake, dip some toast in your soup. Bye.

I loved that.

To add to the older fans discussion I might be the oldest yet (to admit my age) at 40! I don’t feel any different to when I was 25 though (sadly I look it) so it’s no surprise to me I like the same type of stuff now as I did then.

Can’t imagine going to see them on tour though, people would be looking round for the child I didn’t bring :(

My goodness, Philip Lester, that was some behaviour  They’re both obnoxious winners and losers, but that was something else. Good cute dramz ;)

Loved how close they got and how much Phil has improved in drawing the simpler shapes to get the point across. Dan’s zippy speech at the end was impressive, it was almost all real words and everything.

One more thing for age discussion, my mum’s friend who’s watched them since Dan started is 70, though not a very active internet user besides videos and Facebook. I told them about her when I met them and Phil’s reaction was lovely, he just looked so happily surprised and said “Really?!” That burned into my brain so I have no idea what Dan’s reaction was (got them to sign a card for her, it was really sweet).

I didn't get a notification for the video nor Phil's tweet, thanks for nothing, Youtube and Twitter :/

I gotta say, I wasn't expecting a video at all today so I was pleasantly surprised! I see Phil's wearing Hazel's merch lol. And as a Dutch person, hearing Phil pronouncing Van Gogh as Van Goff made me chuckle. Anyway, I enjoyed the video and should give this game a try myself to see how good my drawing skills are and it seems like a fun lil' thing to do when I'm bored.

I'm usually not the biggest fan of quickdraw but this one was so great :love1:
They had such a special energy in it ? Like they were radiating happiness (and gravitating towards each other so much), especially Phil, he was just delightful I don't know how else to describe it. I couldn't not focus on him, I LOVE him when he's hyped on sugar/love/happiness or whatever that was.
I was in need of cheering up tonight and this vid did the job so well.

(And same, Hazel annoys me so much but Phil's good looks are a very good marketing strategy, what a king of capitalism)
