God, that was such a good video, they seemed so in-tune with each other, and they were open and a bit flirty and just came across as really natural. It was the first gaming video in ages that I've rewatched, 10/10 tbh. ratlad and dizzy, I completely agree with you both about the sexual jokes, and I think overall this was one of those videos that I'd find difficult to watch while attempting not to view them as a couple. That's probably my own biases coming into play as someone who firmly believes they are together, but to me at least the couple vibes were off the charts in this video.
Also, I really hope Phil does a liveshow today. If he doesn't, then I'm getting pretty desperate for him to at least give some sort of explanation as to why they've disappeared without a trace. He never gave any indication in his final liveshow of 2017 that he was planning on quitting altogether, or even just cutting back like Dan, so it would be nice for him to actually acknowledge the issue.

Ahh another great video! so casual and fun to watch.
everyone else has pointed out the enjoyable natural moments so i'm just gonna contribute my favourite facial expressions:
^ after the painful virginity losing part...oh daniel, watcha thinkin' bout?
^ phil's sweet little smile after the gay and lesbian part. i agree with you guys that he had a bit of a different reaction than usual here, like he wanted to say something but couldn't think of what in time.
^ this part reminded me of them singing nonsense about bacon in a really early sims video. love watching these kinds of moments that remind me of past friendships and relationships of my own.
phil offended at the chest poke despite having years of babuse of dan recorded on camera (from clumsiness not maleficence), lol.

Interesting. I left just before the first tour and can’t remember but did they do much of PR in the UK to promote the tour? I saw some anerican interviews but not many UK ones. With barely any time between either, wow. I really hope they don't make themselves ill 
I've not been active for a while but I'm also dropping in to say a few things:
a) I'm also annoyed at the lack of communication from Phil re liveshows, he's usually pretty clear when there's going to be rescheduled or cancelled
b) I've been annoyed at Dan for a while, since early this year with the meme video (which I haven't rewatched), his insistence at dropping the "wholesome act" (tbf he's probably been feeling like a ken doll again but I also feel he's not very self-aware sometimes, he is soft and can't change that)
c) this video was EXTREMELY flirty and I loved that but I also find this type of game really boring and the sexual banter and jokes unfortunately don't compensate for it well enough imo. My favourite gaming videos of theirs are definitely the old-school games like Bishi Bashi, Katamari, Bubble Bobble and so on, or games in that style (including Undertale as it hearkens back to those nostalgic 8-bit roleplay games - Mark of Oxin, too!). That way they can be cute and have (nostalgic!) bants, but also for me the gameplay is fun to watch.
Edit: oh and GWF ofc

I don't understand what is going on regarding marketing for the US tour dates. I heard about TATINOF originally through my venue's mailing list prior to tickets going on sale - I wasn't a fan then and only knew of them a bit from my daughter. This go round - nothing from the venue - not pre-ticket sales, nothing since ...crickets and I'm on the mailing list. It's the same venue. I wonder if this is just the local strategy or if it's a Deppy thing? The venue is not close to being sold out - VIP is gone of course. I don't get it. 
It’s hard to compare this to Tatinof US because they aren’t going to the same venues. I’m going to the venue closest to Austin, most likely, and it holds 8,000 people. The venue for Tatinof held 2,000-3,000, something like that. This is true for most of the Texas locations. Currently deps have sold a little more than 2,000 tickets for this show, which is about how much they sold for Tatinof, so they have basically reached their target. Interesting! Some of the theatres in the US have a very big capacity, so it doesn't surprise me that those aren't sold out. Though, just because a show is "green" in this case, doesn't necessarily mean it's selling badly. The video was great, although I was really tired, I'll have to watch it again. I find I'm a little detached from them this past week or so, I do miss the liveshows like we all do, but I don't blame them. They're clearly super busy - but WHATTT are they up to?! I wanna hear about the tour prep (lbr I mostly wanna hear domestic stuff like Christmas, Phil's birthday and so on). Hope tonight's ls will give us some answer as to what's up with them. I'd love a joint one, but I don't think it's happening
Thank you for the tour ticket update susan2 At first I freaked out a bit, because looking at that, it feels like their tickets aren't selling well at all. But it seems like they're selling about the same as for TATINOF? I wonder why they booked such big venues - do they really expect to fill them?
Makes me wonder about potential discounts for tickets when the dates are closer. I remember them giving some for free (?) to fill the show they were filming. The show in my country sold out in like less than an hour, so I won't be affected if it happens, but it could be awesome for those that can't afford to go. Plus it would only be good for them, better that than an empty seat.

I find I'm a little detached from them this past week or so, I do miss the liveshows like we all do, but I don't blame them. They're clearly super busy - but WHATTT are they up to?! I wanna hear about the tour prep (lbr I mostly wanna hear domestic stuff like Christmas, Phil's birthday and so on). Hope tonight's ls will give us some answer as to what's up with them. I'd love a joint one, but I don't think it's happening

At first I freaked out a bit, because looking at that, it feels like their tickets aren't selling well at all. But it seems like they're selling about the same as for TATINOF? I wonder why they booked such big venues - do they really expect to fill them? Makes me wonder about potential discounts for tickets when the dates are closer. I remember them giving some for free (?) to fill the show they were filming. The show in my country sold out in like less than an hour, so I won't be affected if it happens, but it could be awesome for those that can't afford to go. Plus it would only be good for them, better that than an empty seat.

Definitely. It's only meant to be an indication of the shows that are sold out or nearing it. Not a measure of overall ticket sales, which generally look to be going very well. (Unfortunately I can't think of an easy/quick way to measure and display overall sales which would definitely be more illustrative - if anyone can I'd definitely be interested!).dancy wrote: Thu Feb 01, 2018 6:56 pm Interesting! i feel like a lot of "slip-ups" happened on their radio show, who remembers "lion babe" and dan thinking phil as calling him babe? i feel like it's pretty much undeniable since dan had a little freak out and turned bright red. bless him.
