All of this was the best thing to wake up to, thank you boys for a great start on my friday! I'm so happy we get the cute touristy moments live instead of in a book 6 months from now. My skin is cleared, my crops are flourishing etc.

I would be an ideal best friend for someone on a world tour because I require very little attention and I'm an asocial introvert so when he returned from tour I could stand to maybe be around someone for 4 hours before I want to run far away. Passions include Phil Lester, video games, Phil Lester 1987 - Present, pizza, Phil Lester's new hair, debating at great length how everything is, ultimately, pointless, and Phil Lester wearing black.

Look I'm on my break at work I barely have time to breathe but I've been swooning over those pics since I woke up so instead of typing a long ass post imma share my own tweet because I just can't with them and how cute they are

So um, yesterday I was out all day, without my phone... and when I got back I didn’t check social media for hours... yeah (it’s okay I was cuddling baby kittens and introducing my mother-in-law to Queer Eye instead). So I was up until 2 am arranging those lovely Instagram photos and screenshots, and now I have another long drive this morning (to the land of cheese: Wisconsin).

Oh well, they are all wonderful.

I have fond memories of Estes Park both as a teenager and young adult. And have also had a summer snowball fight in the mountains (with my dad on the 4th of July, which happens to be his birthday). It all has me yearning for another extended family vacation. I’m glad Phil got his sweet revenge and I’ll never get over how these two tall men talk to animals *swoon* I love how Dan just got right into Phil’s pics against the rock sign. And that permanent Insta photo, damn. I’m just going to drop this here:

I thought I read somewhere on Tumblr that they went to th Stanley Hotel (where The Shining was filmed) am I missing a tweet or was that just a speculation?

I saw earlier that someone was wondering where Cornelia is and if she’ll be joining them later. I’m going to be super vague and probably unhelpful, but I remember seeing a couple months ago on one of her social media accounts that she was contemplating some important life/career decision/opportunity (and no I don’t think it’s relationship related). I’m thinking she’s pursuing something creative for herself right now, probably music related, rather than following the tour. I also noticed that she and Martyn were at lots of festivals and DJing places while Dan and Phil were in Europe. Honestly good for her. I’m excited to see if there will be an album or some sort of project in the future.

She seems very close to music and I can't imagine being gone for that long on that tight a schedule would have left her with much time to devote to something that I suspect her considers her true career/life's purpose. While she doesn't co-own the company she's still obviously in a position where I think she could choose to stay or go.

But the NHS tweet does add to the speculation some. Hopefully it's unrelated.

Good point. I read it as "the one in our neighborhood" but I guess it could be either or. I won't speculate more until she says more, if she ever does.

I just got back from the show tonight and I loved it. I’m forever a Phil girl- he’s just such a lovely person but Dan really impressed me. They both seem so genuine with each other and although things are scripted the sentiment isn’t. Im just all sappy right now

it has come to my attention that it seems they’ve taken out the facts section of the friendship test and i just wanted to acknowledge the loss and both pay and immortalise my respects

and as i can never resist a good hypothesis i’d like to guess that its deletion is due to timing issues:

the segment has 3 other aspects to it even without the facts. the psychic connections is a 10 second part that explains the premise of the electrocutions and is short in and of itself. again, the dan phil rat part is also short. cutting those two out wouldn’t make much difference. the dilemma part i’d assume they think is ~interesting, ~reveals their inner ~hidden nature, and (don’t shoot me) seems fairly formulaic - dan agrees to the dilemma at phil’s expense, phil (generally, though not always) does not agree to the dilemma in favour of saving dan. there’s a /general/ calculable formula there that they can always, and often do, fall back on. the facts part seems like the longest part of the section, involves on the spot thinking, deliberating and involves more improv and free form talking. if it is time related, which i’d guess it was, it seems most logical to cut that part out. though, you know, all speculation of course

logical or not i will miss her every show and sit and pray to any and every deity for her return. rest in peace one of the best and most ~real parts of the show. godspeed

If timing is the issue, why don't they limit the intermission?
At least in Amsterdam, they didn't say how long the break would be - online, it said 20 minutes, but the actual intermission was much longer. I don't know if it was due to people not being in their seats (queuing for drinks or merch) or because of some backstage/tech reasons.
I really loved reading the phacts section from each show since it was often cute domestic stories and one of the more personal parts of the show.
(I really didn't care much for the power outage part where they answer "I am so scared of university" for the 50th time)
