Just cuz in our recent Dan's sexuality debates, when phan belivers bring up 2009 tweets, dailybooth and stuff as evidence, anti phans would bring up 2012 as counter evidence, and then phans would dismiss 2012 because Dan was too angry and indenial, then anti phans would argue that 2009 Dan was immature and attention seeking.

Similar debates happened over and over and we are getting no where. I just think it would be easier if we just dismiss anything pre 2013 as evidence. Since 2013, Dan's mentally and attitude towards the whole idea of phan seems to me more consistent. And the fact he deleted everything pre 2013, and even made joke referencing his "no homo" era, means that he himself thinks whatever he did pre 2013 was less than mature.

So just for the ease of argument, motion to exclude evidence pre 2013 your honor?

I am a brand spanking new Middle Aged nose pervert in comparison to pretty much everyone here in that I've only been watching Dan and Phil for about a month now (but I feel like now I've watched a lot more vids,and I've read several fan fics, and being the idiot that I am I started with literally the worst one possible ) but when I first messaged the person who fully introduced me to the life of Phan after I'd watched a few videos because I saw their avatar on another GG forum literally one of the first questions I asked was are they a couple because I thought their chemistry was so sweet but so reserved so I couldn't quite work it out.

I was aware of the fact that Dan and Phil were just bros, although heavily shipped before I even watched one of their vids. And I have to admit that I thought people shipping them was a bit weird. Then I actually watched some of their videos, and straight away started shipping them myself. Sometimes I try to remind myself that it very well could be possible that they are just friends, but then I watch them again and that thought flies out of the window. I don’t know what it is, but I just can’t not ship them.

So I'm with you IckleMissMayhem if they aren't couple, they got some explaining to do.

Even if they do end up getting married and settling down with a shiba inu in their house with glass walls , as a suffering fangirl I still think I deserve some sort of explanation for what the hell was going in 2012/13, complete with a color-coordinated timeline and maybe an apology from Dan for making me think he was a homophobic douchebag. Not that I'm ever going to get it.
