thanks, i'm already rather comfortable in my phandom sofa crease. that's.......really cute and disgusting. one of the reasons why i decided i'm is precisely because of that, and the history, you know? like, i'm always hesitant to say that they sound like a fanfic because it seems one-dimensional and they're not fictional characters, but their story just seems so...ridiculous and over-the-top and trope-y and so utterly lovely and warm and achy. there's a reason why meet-cutes, long-distance relationships, friends to lovers, etc., etc., are so popular. art imitates life and all that jazz. honestly? i thought shippers were just shipping again but then dig a little deeper and wow. goosebumps.rizzo wrote:I feel like this could apply pretty generally to a lot of phandom things even down to the basic concept of believing they're together. You don't quite believe how legit it is until you see it for yourself. But welcome to the phandom, where we don't need to make up the romantic/dependent behavior, Dan and Phil actually do it for us.houseplant wrote:also, real question, as i have not been in the phandom long, but do dan and phil not generally leave the flat without the other? christ, i honestly thought that stories about how they rarely leave the flat and are always together were exaggerated for shippy purposes.
That being said, the answer to your question is that yes, they rarely leave the house without one another unless one is away for family and/or work purposes (both of which they've also definitely done together anyway). That or they're running a quick errand/buying a treat, in which case they get one for their other half. It's cute. And gross. And very real.
anyway, enough . i'll just be here, staying hydrated
woooooow top of the page? i feel both apprehensive and proud. it's like a rite of passage here.
