Can't stop laughing at today's video and felucca's post

Wow, I'm speechless. I'll need to watch it again at home because it looked tiny on my iPhone but I really enjoyed it.

My first post on this forum was on the "If you DON'T ship Phan…why not?" thread.

Today i deleted it because my perception has shifted so much that i can't believe what i believed when i wrote it.
And this all in only a few weeks time.

Mind you, i was not anti-phan or phangnostic, i believed they were together but that there were no romantic feelings.
I feel the opposite now.
I feel you! I would very much like still being neutral or phanostic but now we are living in a post baking video universe, I can't help being a proud trash can

What a time to be alive What do you think they are going to upload tomorrow? I just hope they play a board game at some point this month!

Aaaaand I can't wait for the bloopers! Finally I'm going to get an question for "the answer is 27" there?

I'm convinced they will be going to japan soon (like, in a few months). Phil made some comments that left me a bit 'mmmmh' and I don't think he would want to go without his BRO.

I couldn't enjoy it at first as I was watching the game screen and it was confusing at too much stuff happening, but then I decided just to watch them instead and that is when I thoroughly enjoyed it

Hello! I'm here as a newbie to butt in again :)

I loved this video although the terrible graphics (might have been better if they weren't wearing black jeans!?) and the fact they were on opposite sites in the game and in real life reallllly confused me!

But it was so much fun seeing them have fun and act so natural. Often when I read this board and you guys think they've dropped the persona my personal opinion is that their walls are still up, but this is one of the few videos where it honestly feels really natural to me - the dynamic, the interaction, what they say and do... everything!

I was already all about Dan's hoodie in the still photos... I love it in action even more (tempted to buy it for the cut-price Yeezy vibes tbh but then almost every time Dan wears something new I'm tempted to buy it 'for my fiancé' aka so he can look at me blankly when I give it to him because it's not his style at all and then it will sit in his wardrobe so I can steal it.)

I have been quietly watching D&P videos for a good 5 years, lurking here and in GG for about 2, and have been skeptical about their relationship for most of that time, honestly often feeling like they're double bluffing for more speculation and views. This video has planted the first small seed, which I can easily imagine growing, that they are actually together! I can't wait to see what the rest of gay-mas brings!!

Am a bro (or I used to pretend to be, at least), can confirm this is 100% accurate.

Shimmying to pop music
Discussing your fashion choices at length
Smacking your bro's butt
#JustBroThings
Grabbing your bro by the shirt with both fists
Backing that ass up on your bro
#JustBroThings
You'se a great platonic mate, bro, now back that azz up!

not sure if anyone can get this reference
Call me big Danny when you back that ass up!
I'm dying at this and the entire #bro discussion, its my favorite little recurring joke this year.
Also, felucca you made me laugh so hard with your parseltongue
That's all I have to say, really. Loving the new videos. Loving Gamingmas. Not really loving Phil's liveshow but it's nice to hear his voice while I do some schoolwork. DapgooseLA felt like a deja-vu, but it served as another nice set of background noise (except for the cheering... is it just me or was the cheering 10x worse in LA?).

I feel the same. I really didn't want to ship because they are real people and it is kind of their own private business but I can't help seeing so much traces. Like, I used to think i believed to 90% in friendship and a maybe 10% possibility of phan. And now I am here like "hmm probably more 20/80"

Yes, it's the height discussion again guys, I'm so sorry :gg: It's probably just perspective...but is Dan pretty much as tall as the door into the room?! And aren't standard doors like 6 foot 8?! He'll never stop growing   (For the record, I'm not saying Dan's 6 feet 8, lol. He's too tall for me to bloody picture in my head though )
Continue... :D
It might depend on when their apartment was built, and maybe camera angle in the video, but standard door height is 6'6".

Loved the gaming video, Dapgoose LA and Phil's liveshow. He spotted my comment on him seeming extra happy at Dapgoose, so that was funny especially as he wasn't bothered, just said "well, I was, it was fun", compared to me being pleasantly surprised at how smiley and relaxed he was in it.

Loved him in that black jacket in the gaming video, little ironic that he's so fricking hot in black when it's Dan who lives for monochrome. And the bro-bumping was cute especially with how much Phil went for it, actually reminded me of their old Dan vs Phil in Jamaica on the board in the water (probably how long it's been since Phil did that to Dan). I hope the Tetris light is okay, it doesn't deserve to become a casualty of over-enthusiastic twerking.

I'm also here for Dan's fun with fashion, all these baggy jumpers look good on him (so do tight tshirts, I like those a lot too) as do those funky jeans from his accidental model photo the other day.

Agreed, its a play on words that they knew gamesmas, the obvious name, sounded too much like gaymas, so they had to awkwardly add on that ing making it sound really un-natural. To me its a joke about how self aware they are, not OMG THEY ARE GAY

Yeah, I thought it was 6'6" too but then I Googled and apparently it's 6'8"? Still, Dannyfire's got that model height going on ;)

Yes to all of this! And Phil in black too

Edited to add: Just to reiterate, I called it 'gaymas' basically for the same reason as Artdefines06, but now I am questioning it. Whoops

Wtf 6 pages and two videos to catch up on. I'll watch DAPGOOSE tomorrow while taking too long doing my makeup.

Dance Evolution was so damn cute and funny

- Dan's jumper ramains awful, Phil looks amazing in black and slightly messy hair. Nothing new to see here folks.
- Sweater paws tho.
- Dan gently shoving Phil.
- 'That was erotic.' Ok.
- 'Two minutes of dancing.' I wouldn't call it that.
- 'Would you like a cup of tea?' 'Yes Makoto' ..where did Makoto come from? Why is Dan thinking of Makoto? Someone explain.
- Dan touched the butt.
- Phil got the D.
- Casual 'Philly' of the day.
- LMAO @ the chest bump.
- More mocking of bro culture, 2012!me is shook. What are they trying to tell us :')
- Phil wiggles his hips, Dan thinks they're fine. I bet.
- *me growling at Avex logo*
- Don't insult the legendary Night Of Fire choreo by calling it dabbing.
- Deppy wish they were on the level of Hinoi Team ft. Koriki
- Phil giving Dan a fertility massage. People who watch this video without watching the Sims episode are gonna be confused.
- More dabbing and Phil really isn't sorry.
- Dan basically twerking on Phil is a thing now :ASs:

Christmas 2016 is cancelled if it means that this uploading bliss will last forever tbh. :thumb:

Yep, if they're gonna jump through hoops to avoid gamemas/gaymas, I'm gonna mercilessly use that exact phrase as a joke because reasons.

so this is lowkey a shitpost but I noticed in dapgoose that dan and phil spent a lot of the show sitting like this:
Image
So I googled it and the top two sites (1, 2) said that it's to display the genitals. I'm absolutely dead.
The American Figure Four

This position is a seated version of a Pelvic Display as it highlights the genitals and is used by American males or any cultures that are becoming 'Americanized'
In an unconscious manner it exposes the genitals
These sites are both really bad and probably can't be trusted, so I'm not taking it seriously, but I find it amusing

Sorry I'm lazy to screenshot but on fb, one of the comments on the sim vid is about the multiple pregnancies and Dan replied to that, so he knows.

I also think it's cute they're mirroring each other. Really it means nothing except they're close to each other which we already know but it's cute nonetheless

Also Dan's sweatshirt looked less-ugly than it did in the m&g photos (I'm thinking it's partially because he didn't have the sleeves rolled up at first lol) but it's still weird. He somehow makes it work though so props to him I guess

Same. That was so random I don't understand. Isn't Makoto a character in Free! or something? Maybe the character in the screen looks like Makoto??? Is it referencing to an episode of said anime about getting tea? Who knows?

alright i hate to be That Guy who starts another hickeygate but....is there not blatently a hickey on phil's neck?
here are some more examples: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

i can see no other explanation. i looked through tons of pictures/gifs of that side of phil's neck to see if it's something like the red patch that dan gets on his cheek from exertion/embarrassment but...nothing. it's not some shadow that's always there. here are some random pics/gifs of that side of his neck. and it's so clear! i'm surprised no one else has pointed it out.

also...i straight up blushed during the chest-bump bro scene. like, face on fire, had to pause the video for a full minute and regroup. i think it's because dan looked right at the camera immediately afterwards (at 7:05) in such an awkward, self-conscious way, and then phil did too. plus it seemed like phil just had no idea how to react and was just waiting to mirror whatever dan did. then at around 7:11 they're both staring at the viewfinder...i felt so aware that they knew we were watching and it was like i could feel them feeling watched. does that make sense? idk. it made me feel deeply, deeply uncomfortable. (i do adore them mocking ridiculous bro-culture though.)

actually, in this pic you linked it looks like he has the same or similar "bruise" on that side of his neck. here, i circled it
it might be only visible in a particular lighting, could be breakout/shaving trauma/breakout+shaving trauma. i mean, how desperately "look, i'm not single" do you have to be to not cover up a hickey before filming??

I loved them making fun of 'bro' culture. So good. So. Good.

I mean, I am a firm believer in them only being friends, but I love that they negate the typical het-male friendship standards, and show how silly it is. They remind me of how two female friends may act, knowing they can be themselves around the other and open!

I wish more guys had that kind of perception towards social norms and the idea of how men should act. It's fucking refreshing.

yeah, the more i think about it, the more i'm inclined to believe that they indeed are just mocking het-male friendship standards (although now i'm kinda conflicted, i put on some tiny phan goggles yesterday and now i don't rule out the possibility that they are roasting their own p-l-a-t-o-n-i-c bros schtick). either way, whatever their reason for it, i'm living for it and i hope they continue
