Hi everyone,
I've been daily lurking this(& the Other) forum since the end of January, so I decided that now it's time for me to finally officially join, because why the hell not. Although I'm crazy nervous, because I'm not a native speaker and because I have literally never before been publicly talking/writing on the internet. I don't use neither tumblr or twitter. The third even weirder reason why I had second thoughts on making the account here is that I'm kinda having more fun reading this forum than actually following Dan and Phil's actual content. So yeah, but hi anyway, you're conversations are very entertaining and phanfic recommendations can also be really good reads. And I'm sorry for my atrocious sentence formations.

Hi! Don't be nervous, we're a friendly bunch here. I don't think your sentence formation is atrocious but English isn't my native language either so hey what do I know, right? ;) The good news is that people apparently aren't very judgey when it comes to that otherwise they'd banish me from here long ago

When it comes to your opinion that IDB's been more enjoyable than D&P since they went on tour... you'll fit right in because that seems to be a popular opinion lately!

Haha I really hope so :D yeah, there is also the thing that I am not that long time subscriber either, because the first time I checked (read watched every single video) their channels they just released their book and I looked how often they post new videos and just assumed their channels are dead and I unsubscribed

Don't be nervous - we have quite a few non-native English speakers, and I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't said!! ;) and as previously said, we're a friendly bunch!

Welcome! Most of us aren't native speakers either, so let's butcher the English grammar together :platonic:

Hey, don't worry about your english, it seems really good. I wouldn't have noticed that you are not a native if you hadn't said so. Anyway there are a lot of us, non-natives, here and we are quite friendly. I think you'll fit in nicely here :platonic:

P. S: love your username

That's not a pastime just reserved for the non-native speakers is it?

Everytime I write something. I have this fear that one day I will confused so much the past, present and future tenses that someone will ban me before I make their eyes bleed.

But hey as you see a lot of us are not native speakers
